About Us

We are a wholesale and retail company importing ethnic style festival fashion clothing and accessories from India and Nepal.

All our goods are ethically sourced, meaning we have taken the care to visit the businesses where our goods are made to ensure working conditions are satisfactory and the workers there are receiving a fair wage for their labour. These are small, family run businesses providing employment within their local community. We strongly believe in supporting this type of trade as the money is used to directly support the community.

 

Over the last 10 years we've fostered close working relationships with our suppliers and pay a fair price for our goods. This has enabled us to supply a consistent high quality product for our customers.

 

Our clothing is inspired by the colours and patterns of India which we make from a myriad of brightly coloured fabrics including recycled sari silk, cotton, viscose and recycled acrylic fleece. We love how materials are upcycled in India and transformed into a gorgeous new piece of clothing.

 

We sell our products wholesale and retail via our Etsy page and on our eBay store. For the password for our wholesale price list please contact us and for wholesale terms please read through the FAQ on our contact page.

 

We also trade at music festivals and other events throughout the Summer and you may see us at some Christmas Markets too. We look forward to meeting you!

We hope you enjoy looking through some of our photos taken during our travels in India and Nepal!

 

As you can see from our photos we are big animal lovers here at Mantra and during travels have befriended many of the street dogs we have met.  Where we can we donate to local charities that work to improve their lives, providing medical treatment and implementing neutering programmes. Closer to home we also support the charity Starfish Dog Rescue who work locally to help dogs and cats finding themselves in need of rehoming. They also work closely with charities in Spain to rehome Spanish dogs in the UK, many of which are street dogs or dumped unwanted litters. Our very own beautiful Lily was helped by Starfish after being found wandering the streets in Southern Spain and after being overlooked by any potential adopters in a Spanish rescue for over a year they brought her to the UK where she became part of team Mantra (and of course to be spoilt rotten for evermore!)
